Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American comedian, actor and activist. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and started her career as an actress as a young person shortly after moving to the United States. She came to prominence for her appearances in AT&T television commercials as saleswoman Lily Adams from 2013 to 2016 and , since then, until in 2020. She also was a regular series regular on Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was a regular series on Yahoo! After being featured in the TV pilot unaired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also plays Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR, and is Jewish. At the age of 2 she emigrated with her parents to U.S. to escape antisemitism. She settled in West Hollywood. The financial struggles of her family led to her acting in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of five. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. She quit her sophomore year and earned the GED. Then she went on to receive the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from University of California San Diego. As part of the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied improv comedy.
