Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was the child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian , who is now a social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook, a weaver and cook instructor. She is part-Italian. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis South High School.
